Medium Production Operation
Producers generally are either in the market currently making concrete wet cast slabs or architectural stone veneer products at either Level 1 or 2 and need to increase their production and quality requirements. They tend to know the amount of concrete production required on a daily level and must have a system to obtain that goal and no less. Buyers are normally privately owned family businesses that are interested in making a high quality unit without a huge degree of machinery automation.
At this level, you are normally willing to integrate within the package reconditioned equipment and new equipment to keep the overall investment affordable. Oftentimes, you would need help in finding proper financing in addition to obtaining the correct qualified people to operate the operation.
Your production plant would include a concrete mixer that would be charged with sand, gravel, and cement by inexpensive labor and would include a concrete wet cast slabs or architectural stone veneer machine that you could produce the following production as listed below.
